In all our culinary activities, we attach great importance to the quality of the products, and we appreciate the work that goes into making the food.

What, you don’t know the drinks? Then grab a bar stool as quickly as possible and ask barman Manuel.

As you would expect from a good barman, he’s always got a good joke on his lips and plenty of almost unbelievable stories to tell.

The Olympia Bar is the realm of glittering glasses and sparkling ice. Here, people shake and shake like crazy.

We think that Manuel alone makes a vacation with us worthwhile, but of course we don’t want to pre-judge you.

WINE CELLAR

How about another glass?

For all wine connoisseurs and even those who have no idea about the refined grape, but simply want to enjoy it, our wine cellar is probably the Olympus of enjoyment.

Of course, how could it be otherwise, we primarily stock local winegrowers. However, there are also some international treasures in our range to broaden your wine horizons a little.

Our newly qualified sommeliers Noemi and Chri will be happy to help you find the right wine for the right occasion and food. Finally, we would also like to quote one of the greats:

This corner of the house is entirely in the hands of the Olympia women Angelika and Noemi. Countless hours of work go into every single one of our handmade products, from the ascent to above the tree line, to searching for and picking the fruit, to preserving and bottling. And yes, you can simply taste this dedication and love for the product.

And because sharing is a pleasure, you can find all our wonderful products in the farm shop corner. From the legendary cranberry jam to spicy venison sausages, shot by us of course, to bresaola from our own farm. A genuine Ischgl tasting for at home, for family or friends, so to speak. But only while stocks last!

Bistro

For hours of leisure and fun

Small but nice and really cozy.

Our charming bistro in the Kaminstube is a project close to our hearts. When you realize that your legs are getting tired on the slopes, it’s good to know that you won’t need them in the evening. In a stylish ambience, surrounded by the warmth of the Olympic fire in the fireplace, we serve you classic Tyrolean and Austrian dishes, prepared with a lot of passion by our head chef Eugen.
Whether you are a vegetarian or a meat lover, there really is something for everyone here.

Is your mouth watering already?

In the evening, the Kaminstube is transformed into a small bistro, but with only 35 seats, because as you know: better less, but really good. Therefore, if you are interested in a dinner in our Kaminstube, please ask for a reservation when you arrive. These are only accepted on site at our reception and subject to availability. Due to the small number of seats, we cannot promise or guarantee you a table, especially not in the high season.

Oh, almost forgot!

Our bistro is not only available indoors, but also outdoors. Our newly designed terrace, the Sundeck, is a real gem. From March, as soon as the spring temperatures allow, we will open the Sundeck. Take a seat for a drink and a few snacks.
