This corner of the house is entirely in the hands of the Olympia women Angelika and Noemi. Countless hours of work go into every single one of our handmade products, from the ascent to above the tree line, to searching for and picking the fruit, to preserving and bottling. And yes, you can simply taste this dedication and love for the product.<\/p>\n

And because sharing is a pleasure, you can find all our wonderful products in the farm shop corner. From the legendary cranberry jam<\/strong> to spicy venison sausage<\/strong>s, shot by us of course, to bresaola from our own far<\/strong>m. Our charming bistro in the Kaminstube is a project close to our hearts. When you realize that your legs are getting tired on the slopes, it’s good to know that you won’t need them in the evening.
